DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be processed in a maximum of two to three business days. Please be aware that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will not be shipped or delivered.
There might be brief delays when there is a high order volume. Kindly give the delivery some extra time. If there is going to be a big delay in shipping your order, we will let you know by phone or email.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Viho Vapes only ships to addresses within the United States and its territories. We DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You will receive an email confirming your order along with tracking details as soon as it ships. Tracking details will be available within 24 hours.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Viho Vapes cannot be held responsible for products lost during shipping. Please get in touch with the carrier to submit a claim if your order arrives damaged. For the purpose of the claim procedure, make sure to save all packaging and damaged goods.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
As of right now, we do not offer shipping to destinations outside the United States.
