SECTION 21 - VIHO VAPES RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please check your belongings as soon as you arrive. For items purchased online, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within ten days of the order delivery confirmation. Viho Vapes reserves the right to deny any return/exchange requests.
SECTION 22 - DETERMINING WARRANTY COVERAGE
We will need to go through a thorough troubleshooting procedure to find out if your device is covered by our warranty. There are two main causes for this. - Within 30 days of purchase, sealed items in their original packaging may be returned for store credit.
We may ask you to send us a photo or a video demonstrating the product's defect in order to receive a replacement for some of the products.
EXCHANGES
If your product is covered by our warranty, you can return it for store credit, a sealed product of the same SKU (assuming the item is in stock), or a product of comparable value.
